Rich founded Clarite Consulting in 2002, after having spent 10 years with the Big-4 accounting/consulting firms advising companies in corporate growth and distress situations. As the Founding Member of the firm, Rich is responsible for building Clarite's client relationships and leading project delivery efforts across its Fortune 1000 and middle-market customer base.
Before launching Clarite, Rich consulted at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen in the M&A, Operational Consulting and Business Turnaround service lines. Prior to that, Rich worked at Kraft Foods as a Marketing Information Analyst, interfacing on behalf of consumer product marketing groups with the company's 3rd party market research firm.
Rich's functional expertise today is in Finance & Business Operations, having led major process-improvement, cost-management, and post-M&A operational initiatives for a variety of clients. His industry experience spans Consumer Products, Life Sciences and Financial/Information Services. He is an active member of The Association for Corporate Growth. Rich holds a BA from The College of the Holy Cross, and an MBA in General Management from Northeastern University.
